AbolitionNC is committed to obtaining safe, affordable housing that will meet the unique needs of survivors in our area.
Our goal is to secure a stocked safe house for emergency referrals as well as single-family homes for successful survivor placement.
-Emergency shelter short-term in a secure hotel room
-Transitional care through local shelters
-Referrals for inpatient therapy
-Access to longer-term rentals when drug or alcohol use is absent
AbolitionNC walks along side survivors of human trafficking as encouraging friends and accountability partners through qualified local volunteers.
Mentors take survivors to health visits, job interviews, court, and other necessary appointments.
We offer training to those willing to server as mentors. Please email AbolitionNC@gmail.com
